§1 General Information

These Terms define the rules for using the Store, placing orders, and concluding sales contracts. All contracts are concluded in English and governed by Polish law and applicable European Union law.

§2 The Brand

ASILUM offers contemporary jewelry designed with a focus on minimal form, material clarity, and timeless aesthetics. Each piece is produced with attention to detail and material integrity.

§3 Products & Pricing

• All prices are gross (including VAT) unless stated otherwise.
• Prices do not include shipping costs.
• The final price, including delivery, is shown at checkout.
• The Seller reserves the right to update prices without affecting confirmed orders.

§4 Order Process

Orders are placed via the website. The process includes:

1. selecting a Product,
2. providing shipping details,
3. accepting these Terms,
4. completing payment.

A contract is concluded upon email confirmation of the order.

§5 Payment

Accepted payment methods:

• card payments
• online transfers
• BLIK
• other methods available at checkout

If payment is not received within 48 hours, the order may be cancelled.

§6 Shipping & Delivery

ASILUM delivers within:

• Poland (InPost / courier)
• European Union (courier services)
• Selected international locations where shipping is available

Estimated delivery time:

• Poland: 1–3 business days
• EU: 2–7 business days
• International: 5–14 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure. Any customs duties or import taxes (outside the EU) are the responsibility of the Customer.

§7 Right of Withdrawal

• Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
• The period begins upon receiving the Product.
• To exercise this right, the Customer must inform the Seller via email.
• The Product must be returned unused and in original condition.
• Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving the returned item.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

§8 Returns & Condition

Returned items must:

• be unworn,
• show no signs of use,
• be returned in original packaging.

ASILUM reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

§9 Complaints

• The Seller is liable for conformity of goods under EU consumer law.
• Complaints should be submitted via email: info@asilum.com
• The Seller will respond within 14 days.

The Customer may request:

• repair
• replacement
• price reduction
• contract termination

§10 Liability

• The Seller is liable only within the limits of applicable law.
• The Seller is not responsible for improper use of Products.

§11 Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy.

§12 Final Provisions

• The Seller may update these Terms.
• Changes do not affect existing orders.
• Applicable law: Poland / EU.
